How can I protect my privacy in the chrome mobile browser?

You can better protect your privacy when using your Chrome browser by following the steps below. 

1. Disable your cookies
   1. To the right of the address bar, tap the three vertical dots 
   2. Select Settings 
   3. Tap Site settings Tap Site settings 
   4. Uncheck the box next to Allow third-party  cookies
   5. Optional: Select Cookies > turn Cookies off
      
      
2. Clear your cookies
   1. To the right of the address bar, tap the three vertical dots
   2. Select Settings
   3. Tap Privacy
   4. Select Clear browsing data  >
   5. select a time range
   6. Check Cookies, media licenses and site data, and uncheck all the other items
   7. Tap Clear Data 
   8. Select Clear
      
      
3. Change your Search Engine   
   1. To the right of the address bar, tap the three vertical dots
   2. Select Settings 
   3. Under Basics, tap Search engine 
   4. Select Duck Duck Go
   5. Optional: download the StartPage Search App from the Google Play store
